Each month has its sheet (August-July) for the School Year.
Track your Enrollment: Students' Name, Rate, Weekly Tuition statuses such as Paid, Owned, and Vacation Benefit; their Classroom Assignment: Infant, Toddler One, Two-Year-Old, Preschool, Pre-K, School Age, Summer Camp, Before or After School, and Before and Afterschool—Enrollment Status: Enrolled, Terminated, Withdrawn, and Pending.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Sign in to your daycare Google account or create one.
Click the "Download" Button (above).
When the file opens, Go to the "File" tab, scroll down, and click the "Make a Copy" button.
Rename your document (Ex. ABC Daycare Tuition Tracker") to edit and keep your information private.
Track your payments: add students' names and rates, and track their weekly payments and their status of enrollment.
